Responsibilities
The Technician is responsible for technical review, execution, maintenance, and providing customer support. The role involves following established procedures and ensuring that contract deliverables are completed within the expected timelines.
Responsibilities
Manage and support IT initiatives that identify, design, and implement technology solutions for business operations.
Build strong relationships with business users and maintain daily interaction with business management, sponsors, and key application owners while serving as a trusted IT advisor.
Provide support for key business applications across their lifecycle, including requirement identification, implementation, user training, ongoing health monitoring, and transition to updated technologies when required.
Develop an understanding of both business processes and the technical or functional skills necessary to perform the role effectively.
Follow Flowserve policies, standards, and internal procedures.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Experience working as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Programmer, or in a related role.
Background in supporting multiple IT systems and familiarity with issue resolution processes and third party tools such as Unisys.
Exposure to full life cycle application implementations, from requirements gathering through production support.
Customer focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with non technical business users.
Strong organization, communication, and business engagement skills.
Ability to work within a matrix team environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
