Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between enterprise applications and external services.
• Collaborate with frontend development teams to ensure smooth integration between backend services and user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability for enterprise-grade financial systems.
• Ensure software applications comply with coding standards, security guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, improve development standards, and encourage collaborative learning.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Provide production support and contribute to issue resolution for business-critical applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
• Contribute to system enhancements, feature implementations, and software maintenance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation for APIs, application architecture, and software development workflows.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in software development using Java technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot framework for enterprise application development.
• Experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
• Good understanding of RESTful API development, integration, and backend service communication.
• Familiarity with application security concepts, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and coding best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in production support, monitoring, and issue resolution within enterprise environments is beneficial.
• Understanding of database concepts, backend integration, and API testing methodologies is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in team-oriented development environments.
