Roles & Responsibilities

1. Define Test Strategies: Develop effective testing approaches based on product requirements, technical architecture, business risks, and expected user behavior. Contribute to improving overall software quality across different testing stages.
2. Build Test Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies to reduce repetitive manual testing and improve regression coverage.
3. Perform UI Testing: Create and execute automated and manual tests for web interfaces, validating functionality, workflows, usability, and application behavior across relevant scenarios and environments.
4. Conduct API Testing: Validate REST APIs and backend services by testing requests, responses, error handling, data accuracy, and integration behavior to identify issues that may not be visible through UI testing.
5. Validate Databases: Perform database-level testing and verification using SQL and databases such as MySQL, ensuring that application operations produce accurate and consistent data.
6. Integrate Tests With CI/CD: Develop and optimize automated test scripts that can run as part of continuous integration and delivery pipelines, including environments using Jenkins.
7. Debug Test Failures: Analyze logs, test results, application behavior, and system failures to identify root causes and distinguish between product defects, test issues, and environmental problems.

Requirements & Eligibility
