Job Description
Understand project guidelines and prepare quotations that meet all customer requirements.
Review project specifications and contribute to the development of project guideline documents.
Analyze and document LBP/customer-specific requirements and guidelines for quotation preparation.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations, including technical deviation lists, reports, and relevant drawings.
Coordinate with LBPs and Sales offices to clarify requirements and ensure accurate understanding of project needs.
Provide support in handling customer-driven project revisions and updates.
Assist Sales offices after purchase order (PO) issuance by preparing transactions for order entry.
Provide technical support to OE/factory teams for clarifications and assist in managing change orders.

Responsibilities
Eligibility Criteria:
Hold a degree in an engineering discipline.
Possess hands-on knowledge and experience in control valve sizing and selection.
Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Maintain and develop portfolios to demonstrate competency as part of structured continuing engineering education.
Have awareness of internal and industry standards relevant to the role (preferred).
Required Skills:
Demonstrate innovative thinking with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Show a strong willingness to work in an inclusive environment and collaborate across teams to achieve common goals.
Actively support bid activities by ensuring customer specifications are clearly understood and by proposing innovative, cost-effective solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Hold a degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present and position solutions for various applications.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Show readiness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Have experience in handling large projects and working within in-house engineering environments.
