As a Relationship Manager under the Aspire Program, selected candidates will engage in various client-focused activities. Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Demonstrating adaptability and readiness to work in dynamic banking environments.

Salary Details
During the two-month training period, candidates receive a monthly stipend of ₹18,000.
After successful completion, the starting CTC ranges between ₹4.50 Lakh and ₹5.00 Lakh, depending on the posting location.
The final package includes fixed pay, performance-linked incentives, and additional benefits determined by ICICI Bank’s compensation policies.
Hiring Locations
