Responsibilities
Expected to build knowledge and support the team. – Participate in Problem Solving discussions. – Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user requirements. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. – Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
Analyze business and technical requirements to design custom software solutions
Develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-quality applications
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following Accenture standards
Work across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and project managers
Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems
Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution
Participate in code reviews and implement best practices
Ensure application performance, security, and reliability
Support deployment, production issues, and application maintenance
Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
This position is based at our Pune office. –
A 15 years full time education is required.
Preferred skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. –
Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
Familiarity with application development methodologies.
Understanding of user interface design principles.
Basic knowledge of database management systems.
