Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop New Software Solutions
    Participate in designing and developing new products, applications, platform capabilities, and integrations that address business and technology requirements.
  2. Enhance Existing Applications
    Work on application enhancements, feature updates, improvements, and issue resolution while maintaining the functionality and quality of existing systems.
  3. Contribute Across SDLC
    Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and preparing solutions for release.
  4. Write Production Code
    Apply established coding standards and software engineering best practices while developing clean, maintainable, reliable, and reusable application components.
  5. Build Automated Tests
    Create unit tests and automated test scripts to validate application functionality and support a test-driven development approach across assigned projects.
  6. Develop AI-Powered Features
    Contribute to software solutions involving Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI agents where intelligent capabilities can improve application functionality.
  7. Build Prototypes & POCs
    Rapidly develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to evaluate new technologies, validate ideas, and determine whether proposed approaches are technically feasible.
  8. Use Modern Development Tools
    Leverage coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code where appropriate for code generation, review, testing, and developer productivity improvements.
  9. Debug & Troubleshoot Applications
    Investigate software defects and technical issues, identify root causes, implement fixes, and validate solutions before they are released into the relevant environment.
  10. Work With UI Technologies
    Contribute to applications using modern user-interface frameworks such as ReactJS or AngularJS while understanding how frontend components interact with backend services.
  11. Collaborate With Distributed Teams
    Work effectively with engineers and stakeholders across geographically distributed teams, communicate technical information clearly, and contribute to shared project objectives.
  12. Take Ownership of Deliverables
    Work independently when required, demonstrate accountability for assigned tasks, manage priorities effectively, and maintain a strong sense of urgency toward delivery.

Requirements & Eligibility

  1. Bachelor's Degree
    Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  2. 0–2 Years Experience
    The role is intended for early-career software engineers, with the position typically requiring less than two years of experience developing products and platforms using UI or backend web technologies.
  3. 2024–2026 Graduates
    The current hiring opportunity is suitable for candidates from the 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduating batches, making it particularly relevant for freshers and recent engineering graduates.
  4. Java or Python Programming
