Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Analytics:
Support the design, execution, and evaluation of marketing and customer engagement campaigns by analyzing campaign performance data and identifying key success metrics.
Data Collection & Preparation:
Gather and prepare data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, digital platforms) to enable robust campaign analysis.
Performance Reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign effectiveness, customer response rates using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Looker.
Insights Generation:
Translate campaign data into actionable insights, highlighting opportunities for optimization and recommending improvements to future campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest campaign analytics techniques and tools. Demonstrate learning agility by adapting to new challenges and technologies.
Documentation:
Maintain clear documentation of campaign analytics processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Analytical Skills:
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with a knack for breaking down complex problems and interpreting data.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively in a diverse team.
Learning Agility:
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment. Openness to feedback and a growth mindset.
Future-Ready Mindset:
Curiosity about emerging technologies and trends in data analytics. Willingness to contribute fresh ideas and challenge the status quo.
Proven Track Record:

Technical Proficiency:
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., GCP Biq Query / Python / Looker Dashboard / Power BI / SQL) is a plus, but not mandatory.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (or final year student) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
Fresh graduates from good colleges are welcome.
