Responsibilities
As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:
§ Adding classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System
§ Processing of all scheduled reports
§ Provide delegate list.
§ Distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work;
§ Closing classes and processing of post course evaluations and feedback;
§ Ensure all system related activities or updates are completed accurately in time deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines;
§ Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times
§ Working within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements;
§ Administration of other Learning Support Services processes as required
