As a Senior Software Dev Engineer Tester in the Group Disability technology organization, you will be responsible for conducting thorough, hands-on testing to ensure the functionality and quality of our deliverables. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring development deliverables meet both functional and user experience standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
• Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts such as test data, data validation, and scripts.
• Identify, create, leverage appropriate test data.
• Execute and evaluate manual test cases and report test results.
• Automate and maintain test cases for reusability and regression testing.
• Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Participate in requirements/design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
