Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and create test cases.
* Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing using automation frameworks.
* Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Cucumber).
* Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects in tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
* Participate in code reviews, provide feedback on testability and quality.
* Identify, track, and prioritize defects; work closely with the development team for resolution.
* Ensure continuous improvement in automation coverage and testing practices.
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
* Prepare test reports, metrics, and documentation to communicate test progress and outcomes.
* Ensure traceability between use cases, delivered automation code and generated use case artifacts
* Work as part of a dynamic team in an Agile environment
* Share best practices and improve processes within the team
* Become subject matter expert in respective modules, maintain expert functional and technical product knowledge
* Participate in planning and/or creation of test automation
