Responsibilities
・Drive continuous improvement of the ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 Management System and serve as Management Representative to the Quality System Registrar
・Establish and implement requirements for inspection and testing methods, techniques, ・and equipment, and developing test and inspection plans
・Analyze failure, conduct root-cause analysis and drive implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
・Respond to customer complaints and supplier issues.
・Work with suppliers on associated process methods to ensure compliance to company and customer requirements
・Provide reports/analysis on site quality performance to global quality team
・Supervise and provide mentorship to the Quality Inspectors to ensure that the product lines and processes align with the requirements of the Quality Management System
・Develop a collaborative, effective team of Quality Inspectors and Quality Engineer(s) in support of all quality and Emerson initiatives
