Responsibilities

Analyze & explain complex technical subjects and application functionality.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product managers to gather accurate information and understand user scenarios.
Write & Edit user assistance content (help topics, release notes, UI strings) following Dassault Systèmes style guides (Microsoft Manual of Style, Chicago Manual, etc.).
Maintain Consistency across all documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and flawless grammar.
Review UI Text for clarity, brevity, and usability; suggest improvements that make the interface more intuitive.
Refresh Existing Content and create new material that meets quality standards.
Leverage AI/LLM Tools (e.g., generative assistants, term‑extraction bots) to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate authoring.
Produce Visuals – create or edit images, GIF’s, diagrams, short videos, and other media that complement written guidance.
Contribute to Process Improvements – propose workflow enhancements, templates, or automation that increase team efficiency.
