Responsibilities
As an Analyst Trainee at Cognizant, your responsibilities will vary depending on the business unit you are assigned to. However, the common responsibilities include:
IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Perform database queries and CRUD operations.
Write and maintain stored procedures based on system design.
Prepare and execute manual or automated test cases.
Analyze and resolve service tickets and technical issues.
Use IT service management and data analytics tools.
Identify problems and implement solutions to improve system performance.
Multicloud Services
Monitor and manage production servers and cloud environments.
Provide support for Windows, networks, databases, storage, and messaging systems.
Follow standard operating procedures and runbooks.
Participate in incident management and system monitoring.
Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Digital Workplace Services
Provide first-line technical support to clients and end users.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Log and manage IT support tickets.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
