Roles & Responsibilities

• Support SAP consulting and technology transformation projects by assisting clients in optimizing enterprise resource planning systems and business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify operational challenges, and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
• Participate in SAP implementation, system integration, testing, documentation, and enterprise process improvement activities across multiple client engagements.
• Handle, analyze, and interpret business data responsibly while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Assist in developing presentations, reports, process documents, and client communication materials with clear and concise business insights.
• Work closely with senior consultants and project managers to support project execution, risk management, and client deliverables within defined timelines.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, operational efficiency, and digital transformation using enterprise technologies and consulting methodologies.
• Build effective internal and external professional relationships while collaborating with diverse teams across geographies and business functions.
• Stay updated with developments in SAP technologies, enterprise applications, cloud solutions, analytics platforms, and consulting industry trends.
• Participate actively in problem-solving discussions, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative initiatives to address complex business challenges.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong interest in technology consulting, SAP solutions, enterprise systems, digital transformation, and business process optimization.
• Good understanding of enterprise technologies, ERP systems, cloud computing concepts, analytics platforms, and digital business solutions.
• Ability to analyze business problems, interpret data, and recommend practical technology-driven solutions for operational improvements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate effectively, and create professional business documentation.
• Familiarity with consulting methodologies, project management concepts, and client engagement practices will be considered an added advantage.
• Good analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities to manage complex consulting assignments and business scenarios.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented, and dynamic environments while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
