We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of healthcare platforms including MD-Staff, Press Ganey’s High Reliability Platform (HRP), and RL6. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in healthcare operations, workflow design, and business analysis, with a solid focus on improving system efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities
System Implementation & Configuration:
Lead the functional setup and configuration of MD-Staff, HRP, and RL6 platforms to meet client-specific requirements
Workflow Management:
Design and optimize end-to-end workflows for credentialing, incident reporting, and safety event tracking aligned with healthcare best practices
Business Analysis:
Conduct detailed requirement gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder interviews to translate business needs into system functionalities
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand operational challenges and deliver tailored solutions that enhance compliance and performance
Quality Assurance:
Support testing and validation of system configurations and workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify issues, establish objectives, develop recommendations, and implement solutions for our clients with using the Press Ganey HRP, RL6
Client Engagement & Success:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare executives, ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth through tailored solutions and insights
Innovation & Transformation:
Identify emerging trends and opportunities in healthcare delivery, patient experience, and digital transformation. Drive innovation through data-driven decision-making and strategic partnerships
Operational Excellence:
Oversee performance metrics, financial targets, and operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability across client engagements
