The role involves working across multiple web and back-office applications built on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. Developers will participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support. Using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, SQL Server, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and Visual Studio, the selected candidate will build scalable and high-performing applications that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Analyze business requirements and user requests to create technical specifications, development plans, and effort estimates for application enhancements and new projects.
2. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Microsoft technologies and industry-standard development practices.
3. Build scalable and secure web solutions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, and related technologies.
4. Develop and optimize database structures, SQL queries, T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data integration components using Microsoft SQL Server.
5. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, coding, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
6. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, UI designers, quality analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
7. Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards to ensure application performance, maintainability, scalability, and security.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, application defects, and system performance challenges in a timely manner.
9. Create and maintain technical documentation, reference materials, and development artifacts to support future enhancements and maintenance activities.
10. Contribute to Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, task estimation, and retrospective meetings.
11. Stay updated with emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices to improve software quality and development efficiency.
12. Support eCommerce and digital experience platform initiatives by implementing innovative features that improve user engagement and business outcomes.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2. Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Framework, and Microsoft web technologies is essential.
3. Good understanding of frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, and JSON is required.
4. Experience with SQL Server 2012/2016 or later versions, database design, T-SQL scripting, and stored procedure development is highly preferred.
5. Familiarity with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and Web Content Management Systems (CMS/WCMS) is advantageous.
6. Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and experience working in collaborative development environments is desirable.
7. Knowledge of development tools such as Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Git, and related software engineering tools will be beneficial.
8. Experience in eCommerce application development and software architecture design is considered a strong advantage.
9. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA: Web Applications) certification is preferred and demonstrates technical expertise.
10. Strong communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Expected Salary

The expected salary for a Web Developer at Mouser Electronics in Bengaluru typically ranges between ₹6 LPA and ₹14 LPA, depending on technical expertise, relevant experience, certifications, and interview performance.
