Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and refining proposal documents, bid responses, and RFX submissions for prospective clients and business opportunities.
  2. Analyze customer requirements, understand bid specifications, and support the development of customized responses that align with business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business teams to gather relevant information for proposal creation.
  4. Edit, proofread, and enhance proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, professionalism, and grammatical accuracy.
  5. Support the bid management team in maintaining proposal templates, reusable content libraries, and documentation repositories.
  6. Ensure timely completion and submission of bids while adhering to client requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
  7. Conduct research on industry trends, client organizations, competitors, and market opportunities to strengthen proposal responses.
  8. Participate in proposal review meetings and contribute ideas for improving content quality and presentation effectiveness.
  9. Maintain accurate records of bid activities, submission timelines, project updates, and supporting documentation.
  10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all proposal requirements are addressed comprehensively and accurately.
  11. Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, content management practices, and bid response efficiency.

Requirements & Eligibility

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, English, Communications, Information Technology, or any related discipline.
  2. Zero to one year of professional experience, making this role suitable for fresh graduates, interns, and entry-level candidates.
  3. Exceptional English writing skills with strong command over grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction, and professional business communication.
  4. Ability to quickly understand RFX documents, client requirements, and proposal guidelines to create relevant and impactful responses.

  6. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify content inconsistencies, formatting issues, and quality improvements.
