The WSP Full-Stack Developer will contribute to the complete application lifecycle, from frontend interface development and backend service creation to API integrations, database management, testing, troubleshooting, and production improvements. Developers will build responsive and accessible user interfaces using technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular while developing backend services using Python, Django, or comparable frameworks. The role also involves integrating third-party services and cloud components, optimizing applications for performance and reliability, and resolving software defects and integration challenges. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop End-to-End Applications: Design, develop, test, and maintain complete web applications across frontend and backend layers while ensuring the resulting solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable.
2. Build Responsive Frontends: Create responsive, accessible, user-friendly, and high-performance interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
3. Develop Backend Services: Build backend applications, business logic, services, and APIs using Python, Django, or comparable modern backend frameworks according to project requirements.
4. Create RESTful APIs: Design, develop, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs to enable communication between frontend applications, backend services, databases, third-party systems, and external platforms.
5. Manage Application Databases: Work with relational or NoSQL databases to design appropriate data structures, manage application data, and support reliable and efficient data access.
6. Integrate External Services: Connect applications with third-party APIs, cloud components, external services, and other technology systems while ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
7. Optimize Software Performance: Monitor application behavior and implement improvements to enhance performance, reliability, scalability, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
8. Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Investigate software defects, integration problems, performance issues, and application errors while identifying root causes and implementing effective technical solutions.
9. Participate in Agile Development: Contribute to sprint planning, development discussions, task management, daily collaboration, and other Agile workflows while tracking assigned work through Jira.
10. Conduct Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews and follow established engineering standards, design principles, coding practices, testing approaches, and maintainability guidelines.
11. Maintain Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system architecture notes, API information, implementation details, and other resources required for effective knowledge sharing.
12. Support Scalable Solutions: Contribute to production-grade systems and explore technologies such as cloud platforms, Docker, WebGL, Three.js, and other tools that can improve application capabilities and scalability.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, although equivalent practical software development experience may also be considered.
2. Full-Stack Development Experience: Proven professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar software engineering role is expected, with practical exposure to both frontend and backend development.
3. Frontend Development: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is required, along with experience using a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
4. Python & Django: Candidates should have backend development experience using Python and Django or a comparable framework, including the ability to develop application logic, services, and APIs.
5. REST API Knowledge: Practical experience building and consuming RESTful APIs is important for integrating frontend applications with backend systems and external services.
6. Database Experience: Candidates should have hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases and understand fundamental data management and application database concepts.
7. Git & CI/CD: Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD workflows is expected, enabling developers to collaborate effectively and contribute to modern software delivery pipelines.
8. Agile & Jira: Candidates should be comfortable working within Agile development methodologies and have experience using Jira or similar issue-tracking and project-management platforms.
9. Software Design Principles: Strong understanding of modern software architecture, design principles, clean coding practices, maintainability, scalability, security, and reliable application development is important.
10. Problem-Solving & Communication: Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.

Expected Salary

For an experienced Full-Stack Developer in Noida, Bengaluru, or Mumbai, a realistic market-based salary expectation can be approximately ₹8 lakh to ₹18 lakh per annum, depending on years of experience, technical expertise, location, and proficiency across frontend, backend, cloud, and database technologies.
