Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and apply advanced statistical models and analytical frameworks to address complex business problems and support strategic decision-making.
  2. Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights that help clients achieve business objectives.
  3. Utilize programming languages and analytical tools to conduct quantitative analysis and generate meaningful recommendations.
  4. Design and execute custom analyses using tools such as R, Tableau, SAS, VBA, Excel, Python, and other analytics platforms.
  5. Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, define analytical approaches, and deliver impactful solutions.
  6. Create reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings and business recommendations.
  7. Support project delivery by managing assigned workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
  8. Develop strong client relationships by serving as a reliable point of contact and contributing to successful project execution.
  9. Present analytical insights and recommendations through written reports, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
  10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative analytical approaches and enhancing existing methodologies.
  11. Mentor and support junior team members and associates by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and encouraging professional development.

Requirements & Eligibility

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, Management Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  2. Up to three years of relevant professional experience in analytics, consulting, business intelligence, data science, market research, or related fields.
  3. Strong academic background with demonstrated excellence in quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving coursework.
  4. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, R, Java, or similar technologies used for analytics and data processing.
  5. Experience or familiarity with analytical tools and platforms including Tableau, SAS, VBA, Excel, Hadoop ecosystem technologies, or database systems.
  6. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality analytical work.
  9. Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments while managing multiple priorities and project deadlines.
  10. High levels of initiative, self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
