Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify meaningful trends, business opportunities, customer behavior patterns, and operational improvement areas.
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and manage data from multiple databases while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize Python programming for data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, automation tasks, reporting workflows, and business intelligence projects.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Generate key performance indicators (KPIs), business reports, and performance summaries to support management decision-making processes.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover actionable insights and communicate findings through clear visualizations and presentations.
• Leverage AI-powered tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve analytical workflows and enhance productivity.
• Support cross-functional teams including product, marketing, operations, and customer success by providing data-backed recommendations.
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and process automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Monitor data quality standards, validate datasets, and ensure consistency across business reports and analytical outputs.
• Document analytical methodologies, business assumptions, reporting processes, and project findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in strategic business initiatives and contribute insights that support organizational growth, customer retention, and revenue optimization.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction, transformation, aggregation, and analysis.
• Good working knowledge of Python programming for data analysis, automation, visualization, and reporting purposes.
• Understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing methodologies, probability distributions, and analytical problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with data cleaning processes, data transformation methods, and exploratory data analysis best practices.
• Experience using business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of modern AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other generative AI technologies for productivity enhancement.
• Basic understanding of APIs, workflow automation tools, and data integration techniques used in business analytics environments.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail when working with large datasets and business metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
