In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to develop robust AI platforms and machine learning pipelines. You will design and implement solutions for model management, feature engineering, experiment tracking, model retraining, and large-scale inference systems. Working with technologies such as MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure AI, Kubernetes, Docker, LangGraph, Flowise, and LangFlow, you will build scalable frameworks that support enterprise AI adoption. Your expertise will contribute to creating intelligent applications capable of serving millions of users while maintaining high performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable customer-facing AI platforms that support enterprise-grade machine learning and generative AI applications.
• Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines for experiment tracking, feature management, model training, deployment, and retraining workflows.
• Implement robust A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model performance and continuously improve machine learning outcomes.
• Design and develop highly scalable APIs for real-time and batch model inference across diverse business applications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Large Language Model (LLM) deployment, serving architectures, and distributed AI systems.
• Develop and optimize distributed training workflows using advanced frameworks such as DeepSpeed, vLLM, and model parallelization techniques.
• Fine-tune large language models and vision-language models to improve accuracy, latency, efficiency, and production performance.
• Evaluate various AI and LLM models to determine the most effective solution for specific customer and business use cases.
• Deliver end-to-end AI solutions, from architecture design and model development to deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Implement DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps best practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI infrastructure.
• Manage containerized AI workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native orchestration platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to communicate AI strategies, technical decisions, and project outcomes.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Translate advanced AI concepts into practical business solutions that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Requirements & Eligibility
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience building and managing machine learning platforms and enterprise-scale AI systems in production environments.
• Proven expertise in designing machine learning pipelines covering experiment management, feature engineering, model management, deployment, and retraining.
• Hands-on experience with MLflow, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI, or similar machine learning platforms.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI architectures, transformer models, and modern AI frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of GPU architectures, distributed computing, and high-performance AI infrastructure.
• Experience with distributed model training and serving using frameworks such as DeepSpeed, vLLM, Ray, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong expertise in model fine-tuning, optimization techniques, inference acceleration, and resource-efficient AI deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, along with machine learning and deep learning libraries.
• Experience designing scalable AI APIs and serving architectures capable of supporting enterprise-level workloads.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps methodologies for AI lifecycle management and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Flowise, LangFlow, LangChain, and related technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus on AI architecture and implementation strategies.
• Passion for continuous learning, innovation, experimentation, and staying updated with advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Expected Salary
The expected salary for an AI Engineer at Adobe in Bengaluru typically ranges between ₹30 LPA and ₹65 LPA, depending on professional experience, expertise in Generative AI, large language models, machine learning infrastructure, cloud technologies, and production-scale AI deployments.
