Job Description
This role is for a QA & Testing Analyst (Junior level) who has a very good hands-on experience in Banking domain especially in Core banking domain with hands-on experience handling various Payment flows in all formats + Accounting understanding, Good Automation hands-on experience is a must, great technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills and willing to be part of a team responsible for implementing high-quality, performant, legacy and robust technology.
The QA & Testing Analyst will interact with various teams in multiple locations in order to deliver tightly integrated global solutions. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and will have a strong sense of teamwork and personal responsibility.

Responsibilities
Critical to have very good knowledge and hands-on experience of Banking domain (Junior level) especially on Core Banking modules with expertise in Payment Processing (Front to Back – End to End) in all formats & types with good hands on SWIFT (MT, MX, ISO). Experience working with Core Banking Modules/products with accounting modules such as processing, charging, billing, limits, balance transfer, cash pooling, account & interest statements is required.
Must have good Test Automation hands-on experience for the complete test cycle with exposure to Automation Framework creation. Experience working on System Testing, SIT, UAT, Legacy Systems (Tandem/Mainframes) is an advantage.
Strong exposure to Java, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Jenkins, Maven, Microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Kafka, BDD Cucumber Framework, Selenium WebDriver, Agile Scrum, SDLC, Unix, and Web Services Testing.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in SDLC across System, SIT, and UAT
• Perform end-to-end testing on Core Banking payment flows
• Create and execute automation frameworks and test scripts
• Prepare test artefacts including test plans, strategies, cases, and closure reports
• Track and report test and automation progress
• Work with global cross-functional teams
• Improve QA practices and automation performance continuously
