Job Description
Design and execute manual API test cases and validate backend integrations.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as REST Assured, Karate, or PyTest.
Perform authentication and authorization testing (OAuth 2.0, JWT, etc.).
Build and enhance automation frameworks and integrate them within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across web and API layers.
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure test coverage and code quality.
Ensure comprehensive test documentation and maintain test coverage metrics.
Analyze test results and perform root cause analysis for test failures.

Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience in API manual and automation testing.
Proficiency in Java/Python, Postman, REST Assured, and Selenium.
Good understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum practices.
Exposure to database validation (SQL, MongoDB).
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Exposure to performance testing with JMeter or LoadRunner.
