Responsibilities
Ensuring smooth processing of quality issues
Initial triage of incoming bugs
Ensuring effective triaging process within engineering teams
Coordinate engineering teams on bug processing, from RCA through planning, up till resolution
Maintain accumulated program-wide bug resolution planning, monitor bug fixing progress, identify gaps & seek for mitigation actions
Maintain reporting dashboards
Report to Program Manager and customer
Setting up test activities in the project: test environment, processes, methods
Creation and maintenance of manual test cases
Work with HW devices in the lab
Creation and review of test documentation
Performing software updates to the test benches
Periodical testing on test benches in the lab
Executing test plans/test suites
Bug reporting
