Problem Discovery: Continuous problem discovery of Voice AI services through call listening, gathering data, and extract actionable insights to drive continuous service improvement.
Design Frameworks: Help design and implement audit methodologies to assess the quality and performance of Voice AI & Human interactions.
Connect the Dots: Develop feedback loops that link findings and operational performance to identify areas for enhancements.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside product, tech, and operations teams to suggest new ideas and improve Voice AI tools based on audit insights and operational feedback.
