Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

• Support cloud infrastructure provisioning and management on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and security using observability platforms.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to automate workflows and improve software delivery processes.

• Write and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operational tasks.

• Support containerization initiatives using Docker and assist with orchestration using Kubernetes.

• Participate in troubleshooting deployment, environment, and infrastructure issues across platforms.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation and optimization opportunities.

• Document processes, configurations, and learnings to support knowledge sharing across teams.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support operational objectives.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps principles.

• Exposure to version control systems such as Git for source code management.

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix command-line environments and basic shell scripting.

• Willingness and eagerness to learn cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of automation concepts and modern software delivery practices.

• Openness to learning new tools, technologies, and operational processes.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
