  • Handle incidents and service requests by managing logging, triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and closure activities while following ITIL guidelines and SLA/OLA targets.
  • Assist in configuring and enhancing BMC Helix modules such as ITSM, Digital Workplace, and Innovation Studio to improve workflow automation and service processes.
  • Support the implementation of business forms, dashboards, integrations, and automation workflows to optimize enterprise IT service management operations.
  • Maintain and improve workflows aligned with ITIL best practices to ensure standardized service delivery, efficient incident handling, and process consistency.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute effectively to development activities.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, IT service teams, and matrix teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that enhance user experience and operational performance.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation related to configurations, technical workflows, platform updates, and system modifications for process transparency.
  • Support dashboard creation, reporting functions, and service analytics to improve monitoring, visibility, and decision-making for IT operations teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, team knowledge sharing, and platform optimization activities to support global IT transformation goals.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline with relevant technical exposure.
  • Strong understanding of the BMC Helix Platform, including ITSM, Digital Workplace, business workflows, and service management modules, is highly preferred.
  • Expertise or practical knowledge in BMC interfaces, integrations, dashboard creation, and workflow configuration is essential for handling platform-related responsibilities.
  • Good understanding of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and IT asset management processes is required to support enterprise service operations effectively.
