Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop new web components by translating design specifications into clean, efficient, and production-ready code.

• Write maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code that aligns with long-term product scalability and engineering standards.

• Work independently on assigned modules while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.

• Understand and analyze existing codebases to suggest and implement improvements in functionality and performance.

• Optimize client-side performance by effectively using caching techniques and efficient rendering strategies.

• Build reusable UI components and frameworks that can be leveraged across multiple products and teams.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to ensure consistency and usability across applications.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions that enhance responsiveness and user experience.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications across devices.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices within the development team.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with strong programming fundamentals.

• Proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of browser behavior.

• Experience or familiarity with modern client-side frameworks and component-based development approaches.

• Ability to read, understand, and refactor existing code while maintaining functional correctness.

• Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and performance-optimized code.

• Understanding of caching mechanisms and front-end performance optimization techniques.

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to independently debug and resolve technical issues.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user-facing features.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts clearly.
