Roles & Responsibilities

  2. Assist in preparing business proposals, consulting presentations, strategic reports, and client documentation using tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with consulting teams to evaluate operational challenges, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend practical business transformation strategies for clients.
  4. Support project execution activities by coordinating with stakeholders, collecting business requirements, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables.
  5. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to understand organizational goals and contribute ideas that align with business transformation objectives.
  6. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess organizational performance, operational efficiency, financial impact, and strategic business opportunities.
  7. Contribute to consulting engagements related to finance transformation, supply chain optimization, public policy implementation, and operational excellence initiatives.
  8. Develop customized reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings clearly to internal teams, senior consultants, and external stakeholders.
  9. Maintain project documentation, process records, research findings, and compliance reports while ensuring accuracy and consistency across consulting activities.

Requirements & Eligibility

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines from a recognized institution with strong academic performance.
  2. 0–2 years of experience in management consulting, business consulting, government advisory, CSR projects, or related analytical roles is preferred for this position.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive meaningful business insights for consulting engagements.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to create professional reports, deliver presentations, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for preparing business reports, financial models, presentations, and strategic documentation.
  6. Ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
  7. Understanding of business transformation concepts, operational improvement strategies, and public sector consulting frameworks will be an added advantage.
