Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed business analysis by identifying operational problems, business opportunities, process gaps, and strategic improvement areas across organizational workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, technology teams, and operational departments to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions.
  • Support agile development methodologies by ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of project artifacts, documentation, and business analysis outputs.
  • Develop and improve testing scenarios, business workflows, and operational processes to enhance efficiency, system reliability, and overall business performance.
  • Analyze existing business operations and recommend process optimization strategies that align with stakeholder expectations and organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support change management, release management processes, and implementation of business transformation initiatives.
  • Utilize SQL and analytical tools to perform data analysis, validate business information, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.
  • Participate in operational risk discussions, trade lifecycle analysis, and post-trade environment activities to support compliance and business continuity goals.
  • Coordinate with various lines of defense teams including LOD1 and LOD2 to support governance, operational controls, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Create detailed reports, business documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and analytical summaries for project stakeholders and management teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively contribute to improving delivery quality and operational effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, financial services technologies, business analysis practices, and process improvement methodologies to strengthen professional expertise.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify operational challenges and recommend effective business solutions.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, or database-driven business environments.
  • Familiarity with Change Management and Release Management processes within enterprise or financial services organizations.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies, sprint-based project execution, and collaborative delivery environments.
  • Experience or exposure to operational risk management, post-trade operations, or trade lifecycle processes will be considered an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute proactively within fast-paced business environments.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, process optimization techniques, and business workflow analysis will provide additional value for this role.
