Roles & Responsibilities
• Deliver personalized one-on-one coaching sessions to Salesforce customers, helping them understand platform capabilities and achieve their business objectives effectively.
• Respond to customer Success Requests by providing practical recommendations, technical guidance, and best practices tailored to specific business needs.
• Drive product adoption initiatives by proactively engaging customers and educating them about new features, tools, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with Success Managers, Sales teams, and customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving platform utilization and business outcomes.
• Support customer migrations, platform upgrades, and end-of-life transitions by ensuring smooth adoption and minimal operational disruption.
• Conduct consultative customer interactions to understand challenges, assess requirements, and recommend suitable Salesforce solutions.
• Assist in creating educational content, knowledge-sharing resources, and enablement materials that support customer learning and engagement.
• Participate in internal training programs, product certifications, and continuous learning initiatives to maintain strong product expertise.
• Contribute to operational excellence by following established processes, standard operating procedures, and customer success methodologies.
• Generate positive customer experiences through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive support throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to share insights, identify improvement opportunities, and support organizational growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, recommendations, engagement outcomes, and success metrics for future reference.
Requirements & Eligibility
• Candidates must have graduated in 2025 with a minimum GPA of 7.0 or above from a recognized university or educational institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfortable working during AMER business hours, including EST or PST-aligned shifts based on customer requirements.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand client needs and deliver meaningful business solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct presentations and engage with diverse audiences confidently.
• Ability to learn new technologies, software platforms, and business processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges and identifying opportunities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience through academic projects, internships, leadership activities, volunteering, or customer-facing engagements is advantageous.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams while maintaining professionalism and accountability in customer interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, establish relationships, and influence stakeholders positively.
• Passion for Customer Success, cloud technologies, CRM platforms, AI-driven business solutions, and continuous professional development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce products, CRM concepts, SaaS business models, or enterprise software solutions will be considered an added advantage.
