Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide first-level technical support as part of the IT Service Desk team, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows-based desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices to maintain optimal system performance and user productivity.
• Monitor, manage, and update support tickets while ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate issue documentation throughout the resolution process.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, email configurations, browser-related issues, and general productivity tool support.
• Diagnose and resolve common technical problems involving operating systems, hardware components, network connectivity, and software applications.
• Collaborate with team members and senior engineers to escalate complex technical issues and ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Maintain stable and secure IT environments by following established operational procedures and support protocols.
• Support end users by providing clear guidance, technical assistance, and professional customer service during issue resolution.
• Participate in system monitoring activities to identify potential issues and proactively address performance concerns.
• Document troubleshooting steps, technical findings, resolutions, and support processes to improve knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
• Adapt to new technologies, tools, and organizational processes while continuously improving technical capabilities and service delivery standards.
• Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and effective technical support services.
Requirements & Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, or related technical disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates seeking to begin their career in the IT Support and Service Desk domain are encouraged to apply.
• Strong passion for technology, technical troubleshooting, computer systems, and IT infrastructure support.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, desktop support, software installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with laptops, desktops, smartphones, monitors, CPUs, and related computing devices commonly used in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, email platforms, web browsers, and general end-user productivity tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift model and support business operations as required.
• Adaptability to learn new technologies, software applications, support tools, and evolving business processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering exceptional technical support experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
