Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends, performance patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across multiple business functions.

• Develop, execute, and optimize SQL queries, Python scripts, and analytical workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in data processing activities.

• Create automated reporting solutions and dashboards that provide stakeholders with timely access to key business metrics and performance indicators.

• Integrate data from internal systems, customer databases, and third-party sources to build comprehensive analytical models and support business initiatives.

• Perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis to uncover root causes of business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement.

• Monitor data quality, identify anomalies, and investigate inconsistencies to ensure accurate reporting and reliable business intelligence outputs.

• Collaborate closely with product, technology, governance, and analytics teams to implement corrective actions and improve data management processes.

• Utilize business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Looker to design interactive visualizations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

• Support cloud-based data analytics initiatives using platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery to enhance data accessibility and performance.

• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements while handling sensitive business information.

• Present analytical findings, recommendations, and business impacts to managers, clients, and stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

• Continuously explore emerging technologies, AI-driven analytics techniques, and industry best practices to improve analytical capabilities and business outcomes.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or an equivalent technical field.

• Possess 2–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role within a corporate environment.

• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries, optimize database operations, and analyze large-scale datasets efficiently.

• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis, automation, statistical modeling, and data manipulation tasks.

• Practical knowledge of Google BigQuery and cloud-based analytics environments for processing and analyzing large volumes of data.

• Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms to create insightful dashboards.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis functions, reporting techniques, and spreadsheet automation.

• Understanding of data structures, data integration methodologies, and best practices for managing structured and unstructured data sources.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical findings and business impacts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and contributing to analytical projects in a fast-paced business environment.

• Cloud certifications such as Google Cloud Platform, Google Data Analytics, or other industry-recognized certifications will be considered a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, machine learning concepts, and modern data-driven technologies that enhance analytical efficiency and innovation.
