Roles & Responsibilities

β€’ Support the design, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns by analyzing campaign performance data and identifying key success metrics.

β€’ Collect, clean, organize, and prepare data from multiple sources such as CRM systems, digital platforms, and internal business databases.

β€’ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools to monitor customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

β€’ Analyze customer response rates, conversion metrics, and campaign outcomes to generate meaningful business insights.

β€’ Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations that help improve marketing strategies and business performance.

β€’ Collaborate with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and deliver data-driven solutions.

β€’ Conduct quantitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support customer acquisition and retention efforts.

β€’ Prepare clear and concise presentations, reports, and summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders and management teams.

β€’ Document analytical methodologies, reporting processes, and campaign insights to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements & Eligibility

β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or final-year student) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
