Roles & Responsibilities

6. Implement test-driven development practices and automated testing frameworks to ensure application quality, functionality, and reliability.
7. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design sessions to promote best practices and maintain high coding standards.
8. Utilize Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, deployment, and software release processes.
9. Support application integration initiatives and contribute to API-based connectivity solutions, including integration platforms such as MuleSoft when required.
10. Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and implement enhancements that improve overall system efficiency.
11. Work closely with backend engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration across all layers of the application architecture.
12. Stay updated on emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices to continuously improve technical capabilities.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Strong expertise in Full Stack Java development is required, including backend application development and enterprise software engineering concepts.
3. Experience with JavaServer Faces (JSF) or similar frontend technologies is preferred for building and maintaining user interfaces.
4. Solid understanding of microservices architecture, component-based development, and modern software design patterns is essential.
5. Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies and experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or similar tools is highly desirable.
6. Hands-on experience with Git version control systems and collaborative software development workflows is required.
7. Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and modern DevOps practices is important for efficient software deployment.
