  • Support applications throughout their lifecycle, including implementation, training, maintenance, and transition to newer technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using structured problem-solving approaches and third-party tools when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to deliver efficient and scalable IT solutions.
  • Participate in full lifecycle application implementation, from requirement gathering to production support.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while delivering technical services.
  • Continuously learn and upgrade technical and functional skills to stay aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, ensuring a strong technical foundation.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, application support, and issue resolution processes.
  • Familiarity with third-party support tools such as Unisys or similar platforms is an added advantage.
  • Experience or knowledge of full lifecycle application implementation, including requirement analysis and production support.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide high-quality support and service.
  • Ability to work in a matrix team structure and collaborate across departments.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business and technical environments.
