Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to ensure data accuracy and reliability for business decision-making.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Build and implement automation solutions to streamline data processing and reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver optimal data solutions.
- Innovate and implement new methods for data transformation, validation, and management.
- Monitor and support day-to-day data operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Identify risks and opportunities within datasets and propose actionable solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in analytics for business teams, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and maintain high standards of data quality and reporting.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PL/SQL, T-SQL, PostgreSQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, identifying trends and actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling unstructured data challenges.
- Experience in building dashboards and reports using data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and analytics techniques.
