  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to improve code quality and reliability.
  • Work with databases such as MongoDB to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.
  • Contribute to Agile-Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with global teams across different regions, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of projects.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance development capabilities.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong academic background is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in software development, preferably with exposure to Microsoft technologies or full-stack development.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Python programming and frameworks such as Flask for backend development.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript, CSS, JSON, and frontend development concepts.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and n-tier architecture for scalable application design.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB and data management techniques.
  • Understanding of Agile-Scrum methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively in global teams.
  • Exposure to tools like Git, DevOps, Azure, or AI/ML concepts is an added advantage.
