4. Prepare accurate and traceable documentation of test procedures, results, and technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Analyze test data to identify product defects, performance gaps, or compliance risks, and initiate corrective actions.

6. Lead root cause analysis investigations to resolve product failures and prevent recurrence.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, suppliers, and quality assurance to improve product robustness.

8. Support product validation processes, engineering change requests, and re-testing activities following modifications.

9. Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure calibration compliance, and uphold safety standards within testing facilities.

10. Assist during audits, certification processes, and compliance assessments by providing required documentation and technical support.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering with strong knowledge of product testing methodologies and mechanical systems.

2. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering with foundational understanding of materials, mechanics, and product validation processes.

3. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant exposure to testing, inspection, or laboratory operations.

4. Strong understanding of international testing and regulatory standards such as ASTM, ISO, UL, and ANSI.

5. Practical knowledge of mechanical testing equipment, environmental chambers, and reliability testing setups.

6. Ability to analyze technical data, interpret results, and generate comprehensive engineering reports.

7. Experience in root cause analysis techniques and structured problem-solving methodologies.
