🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Analyze and understand performance testing requirements and goals.

• 📝 Develop comprehensive test strategies tailored to business needs.

• 💻 Design, create, and customize load test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.

• 🔬 Conduct research and perform Proof of Concepts (PoC) for performance improvements.

• 📊 Configure and monitor server performance using cloud tools like AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitoring Insights, and Google Cloud Monitoring.

• 🌐 Use web performance tools such as Chrome Developer Toolbar, Lighthouse, and Page Speed Insights to identify bottlenecks.

• 📈 Generate detailed performance reports and share insights with teams and stakeholders.

• 🤝 Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to resolve performance issues.

• 📅 Plan and manage performance testing schedules and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

• 🗣 Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to address challenges and progress updates.

🛠 Required Skills and Qualifications

• ✔ Proven experience with performance testing concepts, tools, and best practices.

• ✔ Hands-on expertise with JMeter and/or LoadRunner scripting and execution.

• ✔ Strong knowledge of cloud monitoring platforms like AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitoring, and Google Cloud Monitoring.

• ✔ Familiarity with web performance tools: Chrome Developer Toolbar, Lighthouse, and Page Speed Insights.

• ✔ Programming/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, or Shell scripting.

• ✔ Ability to independently lead end-to-end performance testing projects.

• ✔ Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and teams.

• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
