Roles & Responsibilities

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives and assist in product rollouts to production environments.

• Design and implement test scripts and testing plans aligned with application testing strategies.

• Conduct process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments to ensure compliance and quality.

• Document findings and prepare non-conformance reports for identified defects or control gaps.

• Track and ensure resolution of non-conformance items before production deployment.

• Create and maintain testing verification matrices to ensure traceability of requirements.

• Gather, maintain, and report quality metrics to stakeholders and project teams.

• Verify alignment of project work products with defined policies and procedures.

• Assess risk in business decisions while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.

• 0–2 years of Quality Assurance experience preferred.

• Understanding of QA processes within a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environment.

• Experience designing and executing test cases for software applications.

• Strong logical analysis and structured problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within team environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder interaction.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of quality metrics, traceability matrices, and audit processes.

• Awareness of compliance, risk assessment, and governance standards in technology environments (preferred).
