This opportunity is ideal for graduates who possess excellent observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high levels of productivity in a fast-paced operational environment.

In this role, you will spend the majority of your workday auditing short video clips and images using Amazon's internal tools. Your responsibility will be to carefully identify product locations, verify inventory movements, and accurately label operational activities captured in fulfillment center footage. Every decision contributes to improving machine learning models, reducing operational defects, and enhancing inventory accuracy across Amazon's global logistics network. Associates are expected to maintain exceptional quality standards while consistently meeting productivity targets. Working within a 24×7 rotational shift environment, you will collaborate with remote teams, participate in virtual meetings, and continuously improve your performance through coaching and operational feedback.

Joining Amazon's GO-AI Operations team provides an opportunity to contribute directly to one of the world's most advanced AI-driven logistics ecosystems. Employees gain exposure to large-scale machine learning operations, computer vision data annotation, robotics-assisted fulfillment processes, and enterprise operational excellence. Amazon encourages a culture of continuous learning, customer obsession, ownership, and operational excellence, enabling associates to build valuable professional skills while working on innovative technologies. This position serves as an excellent starting point for graduates interested in artificial intelligence operations, data annotation, machine learning support, quality assurance, and technology-enabled business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review hundreds of short video clips and image-based tasks during each shift, carefully analyzing fulfillment center activities while ensuring exceptional accuracy and consistency in every audit.
  • Identify, verify, and accurately mark product locations using Amazon's internal annotation tools to support inventory accuracy and machine learning model improvement.
  • Perform detailed visual audits by examining unclear, low-resolution, or fast-moving videos and making accurate decisions based on careful observation and human judgment.
  • Meet defined productivity targets, quality metrics, and operational performance goals while maintaining high standards of precision and minimizing audit errors.
  • Follow established operational procedures, annotation guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistency across all completed video and image auditing tasks.
  • Work effectively in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, while adapting to changing business schedules and operational requirements.
  • Participate in performance reviews, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance audit quality, operational efficiency, and overall productivity.
  • Collaborate with remote teams, supervisors, and operational managers while maintaining professional communication during virtual meetings and team discussions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Amazon's security, confidentiality, and work-from-home policies, including maintaining a dedicated workspace and protecting sensitive operational information.
  • Contribute to improving AI-powered automation by providing high-quality human-generated data that enables better computer vision, robotics, and fulfillment technologies across Amazon's global operations.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline. Fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to perform repetitive image, video, and text-based auditing tasks with consistent concentration, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the workday.
  • Excellent observation skills with the ability to identify fine details from blurry, low-quality, or rapidly changing visual content while making accurate decisions.
  • Strong focus, patience, and attention to detail to maintain quality standards across hundreds of video reviews during every work shift.
  • Willingness to work in a non-technical operational role for the duration of the 6-month contract, while maintaining consistent performance and productivity.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, holidays, and changing schedules based on business requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote and hybrid environments while maintaining a dedicated workspace, reliable internet connection, and compliance with Amazon's work-from-home guidelines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in virtual environments and participate actively in operational discussions.
