Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and refine prompts for large language models to ensure accurate and context-aware outputs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate prompt engineering strategies into applications.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt effectiveness and optimize performance across different use cases.
- Analyze AI model outputs, identify issues, and implement prompt improvements for better results.
- Develop reusable prompt templates, frameworks, and knowledge bases for scalable AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Work with tools and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to build AI-driven workflows.
- Translate business requirements into effective AI solutions using prompt engineering techniques.
- Support the development of AI applications by improving model responses and user experience.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-driven products and services.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data science, AI, or software engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of large language models such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, prompt chaining, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language for AI and data processing tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve AI outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to design effective prompts and collaborate with teams.
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working in onshore-offshore models or with international clients is an added advantage.
