Milliman is seeking a QA Trainee in Navi Mumbai to join its Information Technology team and support quality assurance activities across web and application-based software systems. Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and senior QA team members to clarify issues and validate fixes.

• Follow established SDLC and QA processes to ensure consistent and standardized testing practices.

• Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to improving test coverage.

• Maintain clear documentation of test results, bug reports, and validation outcomes.

• Learn and apply best practices in quality assurance and software testing methodologies.

• Adapt quickly to project requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts including functional and regression testing.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes.

• Basic programming knowledge in Java to understand application logic and testing flows.

• Good verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.

• Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies.

• Ability to work effectively in team-based environments.

• Basic knowledge of manual testing tools or bug tracking systems (preferred).

• Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts for backend validation (optional but beneficial).
