🔧 Job Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in supporting end-to-end planning, engineering, and validation of international mobile networks. Your focus will be on enabling seamless global roaming and ensuring high performance and reliability.

  1. Design, plan, and engineer international networks supporting 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies.

  2. Collaborate with device and product teams to gather technical requirements for global roaming capabilities.

  3. Validate network requirements involving authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, provisioning, and performance management.

  4. Assist in technical proposals for new deployments or upgrades with input from business units.

  5. Evaluate service providers for network performance, coverage, and overall capability.

  6. Troubleshoot and analyze network performance and routes to ensure service reliability.

  7. Identify root cause issues and propose technical improvements.

  • Basic knowledge of 2G, 3G, and 4G networks

  • Understanding of network deployment and architecture

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills
