Job Description:

Step into the world of global banking operations with HSBC’s Operations Support Apprenticeship. As part of the GCOO Payment Services team, you'll contribute directly to seamless customer experiences—supporting capital account transactions, regulatory filings, and engaging with business and external stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support daily processing and administration of capital account transactions and customer queries, including regulatory filings and RBI interactions.

• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned operational tasks.

• Assist with the team’s automation efforts to improve efficiency and accuracy in workflows.

• Maintain HSBC’s internal control standards, ensuring timely responses to audit findings and regulatory concerns.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree (UGC-recognized university); fresh graduates within 0–5 years of degree completion are eligible.
