Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international networks ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

2. Collaborate with device and product teams to define technical requirements for 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming capabilities.

3. Validate network designs and technical requirements, including authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, provisioning, and performance management.

4. Support preparation of detailed technical proposals for network deployment, upgrades, and investment decisions.

5. Conduct thorough validation of service provider capabilities, including performance, coverage, and compliance with standards.

6. Analyze and troubleshoot network issues, performance bottlenecks, and route anomalies to ensure seamless operations.

7. Identify root cause issues and recommend corrective actions to enhance network reliability and user experience.

8. Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and improvements for internal knowledge sharing.

9. Participate in cross-functional meetings to align network plans with business and operational requirements.

10. Continuously update technical knowledge on emerging telecom technologies and global network trends.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized institution.

2. Strong foundational knowledge of 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, including protocols, architecture, and roaming.

3. Understanding of network deployment processes and practical experience through projects or internships is a plus.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement efficient solutions.

6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.

7. Basic understanding of performance management, network troubleshooting, and service validation.

8. High business acumen to align technical decisions with organizational goals.

Expected Salary:
