As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to develop and maintain software solutions. The role also involves debugging, performance testing, and continuously improving application performance. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain components of the business automation platform using technologies such as .NET, C#, and web frameworks.
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure applications run efficiently and reliably.
• Assist in testing processes, including performance testing and validation, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to code and processes.
• Work within Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document code, processes, and technical workflows to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Learn and apply new technologies such as Docker, React, and modern web development tools as part of ongoing projects.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge or training in C#, .NET, or React through academic coursework, bootcamps, or online learning platforms.
• Hands-on experience in building software projects, including academic, personal, or portfolio-based applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and software development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with at least two of the following technologies: C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
