Roles & Responsibilities

• Support data modelling and UI/UX design efforts to improve usability and system effectiveness.

• Collaborate with global project teams in a virtual environment while adhering to defined processes and timelines.

• Communicate progress, challenges, and learning outcomes effectively with team members and mentors.

• Build strong professional relationships within the project team to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Graduate degree in Engineering or a related discipline with no academic arrears.

• Strong interest in learning new technologies and building solutions using enterprise platforms like SharePoint.

• Basic training or exposure to SharePoint application development, Power Pages, and automation flow creation.

• Good programming aptitude with a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.

• Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software development principles.

• Knowledge of data modelling and basic UI/UX design concepts is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Outlook for documentation and communication.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

• Ability to work effectively with multicultural, global teams in a virtual collaboration setup.

• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn under mentorship.
